What this site is about
This is a site for a project called Harmony-online aimed at developing an online system for treating patients adjusted to the needs of the company called Harmony Inside AB. The site contains material relevant for this project. The site is dynamics and will expand as the needs arrive.
Project initiation
Consulting company ST Transformer AB has got a commission from Harmony Inside AB to design a process for online consultation of patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and a system that would support it. Harmony Inside is a new company driven by two entrepreneurs Sofia and Jeanette. They are in the process of moving their business to web. Part of the movement has already been done, but not the individual consultancy. Erik and Ilia from ST Transformer have met Sofia and Jeanette to discuss their need. The discussion has been recorded. and is presented in this project site in five fragments.

Goal for the first phase
To develop a first draft of an executable model of the on-line consulting service. This service will allow a client meet a dietitian on-line instead of meeting face-to-face in the physical world. They will discuss the problems decide on treatment and follow up treatment, correcting the treatment when needed. Most of conversations will be asynchronous, but discussions via video-conferences can be schedule as well.
Note
The materials placed on this site are broader than just on-line consultation. You do not need to model all business of the Harmony inside. The bros picture is given to you so that you can understand the whole context in which the service to be will be developed. It will help you to be more creative.

Your role in the project
Your a trainee (apprentice) at ST Transformer. Your task is to build an executable process model using a form-based tool using materials presented on this site and guidance from ST Transformer’s staff.
Recommendations
You do not need to invent a wheel. There is enough information on the issues that concerns the project on the Internet, e.g. IBS, FOODMAP, how to treat patients online (e.g. “online consuttation”), etc. Search and reuse solutions when sketching your process.
